What Causes A Sense Of Being Bloated Below The Chest And Chest Pain?

I m having bloated feeling bellow the chest and left side. Pain where the kidneys would be mostly on the left. Chest pain/ heart race feeling. Stomach rumbles and pressure feeling on the stomach. I feel a hungry sensation but even if I eat it won t relief the feeling

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bloated feeling below the chest and the left abdomen, chest pain, racing heart, rumbling of stomach and feeling hungry that does not go away on eating.
The most probable cause would be a problem with the upper abdomen like gastric ulcer or colitis and that causing the irritation of the diaphragm, and cardiac symptoms.
Another cause would be heart attack causing referred pains down.
Thirdly, Lungs and pleura inflammation or infection.
I would advise you the following:
EKG and cardiac evaluation as the first thing to do.
X-ray of the chest and the abdomen in standing position to see for gas under the diaphragm.
If these are normal then only upper GI Endoscopy.
Once diagnosis is confirmed, get treated accordingly.
Take a PPI and antacid till then.
