What Causes A Sick Feeling After Eating Rice?

every time i eat rice i start feeling sick. Its been happening every time i eat it, i have eaten all brands of rice and had no issues while eating it. I haven t been having it often as i have been eating lots of pasta almost daily with move and mixed vegetables. I am just curios if i have developed some sort of intolerance or it may be the change in my diet.
