What Causes A Small Gestational Sac On Pregnancy Scan?

i have PCOS and concieved naturally, BHCG was 942 on the 26th march & 2801 on the 31st. Ultrasound on Monday showed a 3.9mm sac & it was measuring 5 w 1 day, though she said it was small? I am worried. I still have pregnancy symptoms. no cramping or bleeding. I miscarried in 2007, so this is a nice happy surprise. I know I could have ovulated late. But I was having sympotms around the 17th March, positive test on the 23rd. I thought I was further than I am

This could be delayed conception. Don't worry about it. Repeat scan after a week for growth. If growth is there, cardiac activity present then No need to worry.
