What Causes A Spot On The Shoulder Blade?

I have this spot on my shoulder blade, at first I thought it was a bite but it has been a month or longer since it surfaced. A few weeks ago my friend inspected it, and then squeezed out the majority of the inside, but it s not doing anything since then. What do I do now?
