Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of lumbo-sacral distortion or a twisted muscle. For this reason, I would recommend having some rest and taking ibuprofen for the pain. Local warm packs can help too. If the pain persists or gets worse, an X-ray study of the lumbar spine and the hip will be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
