Hi My Name Is April And I Been Having Problems With my Stomach..
One Day I Had A Small Little Ball Feelling Thing On The Right Side Of My Stomach That I Didn't Pay Attention To Then A Couple Of Weeks Latter My Belly Button Its Swollen Looking Like Its About To Start Poking Out Cause I Have A Innie belly Button And It Feels Different Everyday And I'm Starting To Get Scared It ls As If Theres Something Behind My Belly Button I Can Stick My Finger In There And Feel It Please Help

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Swelling in the belly button area wherein you can put in the finger is surely a sign of an umbilical hernia.
Get self-examined by following way:
Put a palm on the umbilicus and cough, if there is an impulse on coughing, this surely is an hernia; it would also be reducible on pressure unless obstructed.
This can be confirmed by an ultrasound.
The feeling of something at the base of the belly button is usually due to entrapped fat of Falciform ligament.
Get operated asap for the complete cure.
Avoid weight lifting in any form.
