What Causes A Tingling Sensation On My Tongue After Tasting My Cum?

When I taste my cum I get a tingling sensation on my tounge. This has happened or the second time but not consecutively. The first time this happened it resulted in the back of my mouth getting a kinda numbing feeling, or really cold something like mint. Is this normal? Hasn t happened to me before. I am 18 and a virgin and there is no pain or discomfort while this happens.
