What Causes A Vibration Feeling Near Anus And Penis Area?

Hello, I do lots of sport such as wrestling and two days ago i started having this vibrating feeling between my ass and penis area, its not annoying just weird ! I do masturbate quite often if this might help and I think because of that when I pee sometimes it doesnt all get released , some leaks after finishing off and same thing happens for precum , is this something I should be worried about ? thank you

Hello sir and welcome.

The vibrating feeling could be muscle spasms especially as you are an athlete. I would however like to take this opportunity to ask you to maintain a good level of hydration and look into replacing all the electrolytes you may lose from your workout.

The experience of not being able to empty your bladder completely could be related to the prostate (enlargement) and I would recommend an ultrasound of the region which should help confirm the diagnosis.
