What Causes Abdomen And Umbilicus Pain, Hematuria And Clotting?

hi my name is shyanne and for the past couple of weeks i have had really bad pains in my lower abdomen and some sharp pains in my belly button every now and then and when i first started getting all these pains i was bleeding when i went pee but not like my period. then there started to be a little bit of blood clots, but again it did not look like my period blood clots, then it was like really bloody tissue?? PLEASE HELP!?

Thanks for query.
Pain in abdomen with hematuria is strongly suspicious of stone in the kidney or ureter.
Please consult qualified urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and urine culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin and antispasmodic like
Spasmo Proxyvon twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
