What Causes Abdomen Pain, Heart Burn And Heavy Burping?

Hi, I am Jitendra Singh. I use to have severe pain in abdomen in morning which reduces after defeacation. Heart burn condition persist sometimes. Left side of abdomen keep paining.Cant sleep facing upside, pain remain in upper stomach area. Burp heavily after meals.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pain in abdomen relieving after defecation and persistent heartburn problem can be due to the following reasons.
Colitis is known to cause pain in abdomen which is relieved after the stool is passed.
Heartburn is indicative of GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease.
I would advise you the following:
Get a proper prescription based treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacid,
Soft bland diet.
Get a clinical evaluation by your Doctor and get started on treatment for colitis or whichever is diagnosed clinically.
If these measures are sufficient then obviously the treatment is done; but if there is no complete relief then go for upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy along with the tests of stool and blood to get a proper diagnosis and management as per the cause found.
