Hello,

Reparil contains a compound called aescin and can produce an inflammation of the stomach in some people. This is the cause of your pain. You can take a proton pump inhibitor like Pariet half hour before your breakfast and take reparil dragees after your food to reduce the inflammation.
It would be helpful in most cases. If it is not helpful you should request your doctor to change your medication to something that you can tolerate better.
Take care
