What Causes Abdomen Pain With Bleeding From The Rectum?

Hi I m 46 and I have had a full hysterectomy in Dec. I m in a lot of pain it started in my abdomen after a month post op. I ve seen my doc. and she says there s nothing. Recently I had a very bad apposed of abdomen pain it generated into something much greater and beyond my believe. I started bleeding from my rectum, and it was not a little amount of blood It was a major amount. the pain became so severe I passed out. My husband took me to the E R they admitted me for 3 days and then just sent me home with no answers to what could be going on. if you can help with any type of explanation it would be great. Thanks!

My opinion-
In the given situation-You seem to suffer from-?Post-Op Constipation from aggravated Piles/Hemorrhoids.
Restriction of intake in post- op period, mostly has increased Constipation,which lately aggravated the undetected / or Silent Hemorrhoids-mostly internal,which bled a lot.Pain before that indicates,infected piles with proctitis,which lead to Constipation with bloating and pain in abdomen.

Consults with General Surgeon,who would do the neeful to treat the problem.

Further suggestions in this regard would need ore information /investigations after getting more details from You.
