What Causes Abdomen Sickness And Tiredness In A Diabetic?

I have been feeling sick to my stomach and tired, but I feel like I m starving but when I fix a plate or try to snack I take one bite and just want to get sick, I m 43 and a type 2 Diabetic no insulin, just Metformin ER 500mg, one time a day, this has been going on for a week now

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please check your sugar levels ( Fasting , Postprandial). Few patients experience these non specific symptoms when their sugars are high. If you have been taking metformin for sometime now you may sometimes need a dose tuning. Kindly see your diabetologist.
