What Causes Abdominal Ache, Fever And Headache In Children When Suffering From Bronchitis?

My 6 year old daughter has had a bad cough this week. On Monday we took her to a doc and he said she has bronchilities. Sunddenly this afternoon she spiked a fevor of 103.5 and has been complaining about abdominal aches, head aches and been very upset. As I put her in bed, I realized that her resting heart rate is 132, which seems really fast to me. Should we take her into someone tonight or just let this play out?

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
Children suffering from bronchiolitis because continuous cough they develop pain abdomen as the abdominal muscles are,put on stretch while coughing.
Secondary infection will give rise to high fever.
Heart rate automatically goes up because strain due to coughing.
It definitely needs doctors consultation though not specifically right now i.e., tonight.
