What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Back Pain While Having Nexplanon Implant?

My name is Janel and I m on nexplanon lately I have had bloating trouble making bowels movement back pain so bad I can t move and on my right side in my stomach it feels like there s a lump could this be ovarian cancer or just side effects from nexplanon

Hi Janel.
Nexplanon does not cause any of the effects mentioned by you.
These sign and symptoms are not related to Nexplanon.
You also dont have an ovarian cancer until proved otherwise after thorough investigations.
Common causes could be:
Intussuception
diverticulitis
peptic ulcer
cholecystitis
kidney stones
genitourinary infection
spinal trauma

You should undergo ultrasound examination of abdominal and genitourinary region as well as blood tests to rule out the cause.
