What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Constipation After An Umbilical Hernia Repair Surgery?

I had an umbilical hernia repair surgery 11 /2004 and ever since I have struggled will my weight. I have always felt blooded. I have never been able to actually have normal bowel movement. I am actually going to have surgery again on hemroids I developed now.

constipation and abdominal bloating is due to
piles

it is not concerned with umbilical hernia

take high fiber diet
take plenty of liquid
take salad and fruit in more amount
don't eat spicy and fried food

treat constipation
take triphla syp 10ml twice a day till you get relief in constipation.
then reduce the dose and then stop talking.
it is helpful for abdominal bloating
