What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pain With Frequent Bowel Movements?

Hey there a little about myself. I have gerd I think they call it to ulcers in my stumak and for the past 9 months I have new symptoms. Sometimes I get a lot of frequent bowel movements and a bloating pain. And sometimes for a few days I m back to normal then the same thing happpends again. The stool itself looks normal and no blood or any other abnormalitys that I can see. Can my ulcers be cause this or do you think it s something else like iritable bowel

Reflux can cause bloating but it would not normally affect the bowel movements.

There are certain foods that can also affect bowel movements. You may want to consider a food diary to see if there are any particular foods that are causing the problem.

Ulcers can cause burning pain or pain in the stomach, bloating, nausea, vomiting, bleeding in the stool (would appear dark, may have a very bad odor).
