What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Stomach Discomfort?

Hi I m experiencing bloating, mild stomach discomfort and mild nauseau for 3 days. My stool has also changed to a light color and I feel very full after eating very little food. I ve been burping and passing gass and have tried all of the usual over the counter remedies like gas x, etc.

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to see if there is any gall bladder problem. It can happen due to some gall stones. Consult a surgeon. The other thing can be gastritis. Take some antacids.
