What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Tiredness After Eating?
I am feel full and bloated. it gets worse when i eat. I cannot eat rice breads (heavy foods).I am extremely tired but have been under stress so i related tiredness to that. I have been constipated and I took milk of magnesia, and stool was acidly. Its been like this with fullness and bloat with exhaustion for a week.

Need not to worry. You should drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, CT scan , ultrasound and endoscopy. Start treatment after complete examination.
You should go for walk daily and avoid laying on bed immediately after having food.
Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food.
