What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Breathlessness And Tiredness?

Hi I am bloated most of the time, breathless & generally tired a lot. I do struggle being active as it feels like my body is struggling to keep going. I have been to my gp and had a scan for ovarian cancer but that was clear. I still have the symptoms but dont want to keep going back to the gp. Thanks
