What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Fatigue And Constipation?

hello. I have been extremely exhausted, I sleep at least 7 hrs a night and yet I can t keep my eyes open and feel like I could fall asleep standing. I have done blood work for hypothyroid and anemia and both came back negative. Also, I have extreme bloating and constipation. I have taken out dairy and gluten out of my diet but it has made no changes. What could this be?
