My daughter is 28 months old. Her weight is only 10.8 kg. She is thin but her stomach looks little big. Every day her stomach appears more big and tight. I consulted with many doctors but they said nothing wrong with her. Than why is she thin and having ges problem?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, abdomen distension in pediatric patient could be due to malnourished but I could guess this may not be cause here, second is low hemoglobin beside this several reason could be there some of them demands the medical attention but that also could be out of question, then what remains ? it may not be matter of worry, because if it was the pathology or disease then you would have been surely informed about that as you stated that you have consulted to many doctor.
As a matter of fact clinical examination is important in such case, if the child is asymptomatic and doing well then it is nothing to worry, if you have not done the imaging studies then better to get this done like Ultrasonography and x-ray abdomen
hope this information helps.
