What Causes Abdominal Bloating With Difficulty During Bowel Movements?

I have noticed my stomach has gotten bloated the last coule of months, then about a month ago, i realized that m bowel movements were becoming harder to get out (constipated), and for the last 2 days, my heart has been sporadically beating faster and harder and when it is doing so, it is hard for me to breath. Do you think this is all associated, and should i seek a doctor?
