What Causes Abdominal Bloating, frequent Urination And Nausea Post Tubal Ligation?

40 yrs old. Tubes were tied 10 yrs ago. I ve been bloated for 3 wks. Frequent urination. Nausea and off and on headaches. My last period started 6/23/15 and ended by the time I woke up 6/27/15. I have regular daily BMs. Not gassy. But I look like I m 4 months pregnant. Took 4 HPT. All were negative except 1. It was negative but a week later when I realized I didn t throw it out, it was negative. Not a faint 2nd line or evaporation line, but one shade lighter than the 1st line. Not sure if I m pregnant, premenopausal, or having upper GI issues

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Do you have a fever or pain / discomfort while passing urine? These symptoms might suggest a urine infection. I would suggest you to get a urine examination done to look for evidence of infection, so that the same can be treated accordingly. Till then, drink enough fluids, take paracetamol for headache.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
