What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Bloating With Throat Pain And Swelling On Tongue?

hi , am 21 yrs old ,step with someone 1 month ago, since then am having an cramping and bloating in abdomen , 2 week ago i started having a throat pain .. and just today i found that my papillae in the back of my tongue are swelling and my tongue is a bit yellow , been to doc few hours ago and he said it's cause am stressed of my exam .. and that it's not something to worry about m,he gave me anti inflam.. but i didnt tell him about being with someone .. am really paranoid that it could be STD .. can it !
