General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned your problem has many points so check:

a) Correct iron deficit by taking iron sucrose injection with 100 ml normal saline twice a week.

b) Correct vitamin b-12 by taking B-12 injection 3 times per week up to one month then once a month.

c) Do FBS & TSH test.

d) Check your USG report if any other abnormality present and it should be corrected laparoscopically which will clear all your problems without any impact on your fertility.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
