What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Sensation Of Frequent Urination?

My period came a little earlier than normal - should have started on the 12th and instead it came on the 5th. Now I m having mild cramps and pressure like I need to pee...but I don t. What is this mayhem? I m 37 and have three kids from my 20 s so I m certain its not that but its got to be something.
