General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If the pregnancy termination bleeding stopped after the tenth day of the procedure, the current vaginal bleeding is the monthly bleeding.

However, the pregnancy implant you get on your arm is causing hormonal changes that could also explain the actual bleeding.

Take paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain. Consult with your gynecologist in order to check it out and get appropriate treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
