What Causes Abdominal Cramps Post A Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

I had gallbladder removed 4 weeks ago. I have had gluten dairy fats and sugar removed from my diet, so my diet is very limited. The problem is that regardless of what little I do eat, I end up with stomach cramps nausea and sometimeswhat feels like stabs or sharp pain on my right side

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition could be likely, and I would like to advise to avoid the food that causes the symptoms, second if this is not the allergic condition then it may be dyspepsia, could be associated with hyperacidity and for that PPI can be tried, for the cramp antispasmodic can be tried, and the best drug is Dicyclomine is the best, hope this information helps.
