What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Lower Back Pain During And After Menstruation?

Hi, after my second c section when i was 35 i got endometriosis.then my chocolate cyst became tumorous and i had to do lapartomy to remove my right ovary. i was 38 then, now i am 40 years . my pain starts 4 days before my periods and continues through out mu periods and even after it is over. i am pain through out the month.the pain is stabbing and over the whole lower abdomen and back. m question is why there is pain even after periods are over. m doctor has given lucrin injection to stop my periods for 6 months then she will take a decision.at this condition what would be the best decision for me. pls answer both the question. thanks. Hello,

Endometriosis is a condition that happens when the uterus cell lining grows on the outside.
This can cause painful cramping before, during, and after your period. Cramping may be accompanied by inflammation and pelvic pain.
The treatmnet to relieve crampin include painkillers such as Acetominophe.
You can also use hormonal contraceptive pills.
You should discuss with your gynecologist about these treatments.
