Hello,

You are having a condition called spastic dysmenorrhea which is nothing but an extremely painful menstrual cycle seen especially among young girls. You can take mefenemic acid tablets for pain relief. If pain persist for long or in case of symptoms like excessive bleeding, you have to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
