What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Orange Vaginal Discharge?

Heyy..I m 19 and I started my period a couple weeks ago nd I been off but as of today I noticed when I went to the bathroom thaat I had orange blood on the tissue nd I m having terrible cramps wat does this mean I ve never seen this before I m scared and don t kno wat to do
