What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Bloating?

stomach problems Hello, I have been very concerned about my stomach lately. I get the feeling that something isn t right in there, whether the situation is big or small. The symptoms I ecperience are not experienced by everyone. First off, I am a teenage girl. I weigh approximately 160 pounds and I am 5 6. It s safe to say that I am over weight. In case it is relevant, I have a body fat percentage of 30. I recently started going to the gym to get my body in shape and stay healthy. I suffer from constipation. My digestive system is extremely slow. I can go about a week before I produce a bowel movement, and the majority of the time there is a surprisingly small amount. I have been suffering from this for about two years now, and my mother experiences it as well. I started myself off on diet pills about 2 weeks ago. And coincidentally or not,I began to see blood in my toilet paper after using the restroom. The amount of blood is what truly scares me. It s dark red, much like my menstrual blood, and it isn t in streaks on my stools. It s simply drops of blood dominant enough to turn the entire toilet water red. Is this due to the pills? Is it hemmoroids? I do not experience pain when the stools come out. For as long as I could remember, I ve been prone to getting nauseous. However, lately it s been an everyday thing. I don t know if it s a side effect from the diet pills, but it is really bothersome. I can t eat or even smell food without having the urge to vomit. Everytime I get up I am dizzy. I am constantly feeling fragile and.... Empty. I feel like I have no energy at all. However, this is probably because my eating habits are not healthy. I eat about once a day, and what I eat can vary between a chocolate bar or a sandwich. But it is only once a day and in a very small portion. I go through periods where my gas smells incredibly foul. When I belch it tastes acidic, and everyone in the room thinks It came out of my rear end. It smells like sewage, almost as if I was rotting from the inside out. I experience abdominal discomfort and bloating all over my abdominal area. It s always hard and balloon like. I need to know why my body is behaving this way and if it s serious at all or not. I feel unhealthy and I am desperate to know what I can do to feel better.
