What Causes Abdominal Discomfort While On Fluconazole, Nitrox And Cital Syrup?
Hello, i got tested for amoeba a month ago, took dyracip m for 5 days. After afew days same stomach discormfort began, tested again n was -ve, decided to test both urine n stool n im stool, ova hyst was seen, in urine, ph 6 n doc told me got either viral and bacteria infection. So given fulconazole for 3 days and netrox for 5 days and cital syrup, is my ph level cause of sleepless nites or is the infections? Is my medication okey for the problem?

It could be due to acid reflux or gastritis. As a first line management, you can take an antacid like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
