What Causes Abdominal Discomfort, loss Of Appetite And Watery Stool?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been experiencing abdominal discomfort for five days, have had a loss in appetite, and today have had very loose frequent water-like stool. I had a colonoscopy a month ago and the doctor found a small ulcer that he called focal colitis. Do you think the focal colitis has anything to do with my current symptoms?
