What Causes Abdominal Pain After An Intercourse?

i have bad abdominal pain after having sex yesterday, and i have been feeling light headed and feeling like im going to vomit for the last few days, and im on birth control, its some rod in my arm that last for 3 years, but i dont use condoms. could i have a ectopic pregnancy?
