What Causes Abdominal Pain After Intercourse With Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy begin of May I m in my 9th week of recovery and everything went great had my follow up with my doc on June 12 and she said I was healing well and could resume back to normal activity my husband and I had intercourse Sat night right after we got done I had major pain in area below my belly button and started bleeding it s now Sunday no more bleeding but pain is so bad I can t even sit what could be going on
