What Causes Abdominal Pain After Laproscopic Hernia Surgery?

I had abdominal incisional laproscopic hernia repair surgery in October. Today, April 29th, 2011, I have been experiencing pain in my abdomen. When I urinated, a clear piece of material excreted in my urine. Could this have been the mesh? What should I do? I am 45 years of age and I weigh 320 lbs. I had a hysterectomy in 2009. I have high blood pressure and I take medication.
