What Causes Abdominal Pain After Taking Mifegest Abortion Pill?

I had taken the first tablet of mifegest abortion pill the day before yesterday and this morning the period started but it is not like normal there was only patches of blood for three time and now it has stopped, m also having pain in my stomach. Is it normal? Do I have to take the other pills?

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the confirmed pregnancy then you have to be very much alert for complication because it could be incomplete abortion, such bleeding is not normal one, better to get done the ultrasonography test, as long as the abortion is concern surgical method is the option but it may have risk too, hope this information helps.
