What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Blood In Urine?

I m urinating frequently and is painful at end of urination. There is blood in my urine. And I ve got lower abdominal pain sometimes at front. Sometimes in back. I saw the the doctor last Thursday but I did not have all theses symptoms then. He gave me antibiotics for a urinary infection. I have taken 3 tablets out of seven. Should I wait for antibiotics to run their course or should I go to hospital.
