What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi...I am looking for an answer for my fiancé...he is 55 years old. he is having severe pain on his left side just under his ribs along with burning. It seems to happen about 1/2 hour after eating. He feels bloated a lot even after drinking water. He has had many tests done and no one is finding the problem.

Hi thanks for asking question...

You have not mentioned test you have done...First possibility it could be gastric ulcer like condition.Omeprazole taken for it....H.pylori infection also has to be ruled out...

Here search for hiatus hernia like condition also has to be done with x ray or USG ...

Secondly this symptoms if increasing it could be by colitis like condition.
If needed antibiotic may given...
Endoscopy can be useful....
