What Causes Abdominal Pain And Constipation In Case Of IBS?
I have irritable bowel syndrome, but i have a constant pressure/dull achey feeling on my lower left side and the pain is travelling into my back/leg/thing. I am constipated a lot i wondered if this has done something to me inside? Im 16 female. and so scared incase i have cancer or something. Please reassure me

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I would recommend using over the counter Laxative option such as Miralax.
I also recommend taking daily probiotics to help you with constipation. You should drink liquids and eat fibre-rich food.
