What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge?

I am a female 69 years old . I had this dark brown liquid pour out of me and then I had period for a week after then the brown liquid came out again 10 days later, now nothing else has happened in 10 days, before this all happened I had pain in my abdomine, after laying in bed at night for several hours, no pain since, should I be concerned

Hi,

As your age suggested that you are postmenopausal women so it's not normal for you to have bleeding per vagina. I believe there must be some pathological condition beyond this. You need to visit a gynecologist who can examine you and do further management. Till then a USG abdomen and pelvis should be done.
