What Causes Abdominal Pain And Dark Orange Urine?

Hi, yes. I have had a couple things going on last couple days. I ve have always had a sore shoulder problem, it flares up about once a month for a couple days and normally leads to a migraine. This happened this last Saturday the 8th. So, Ive had headaches and sore shoulders since but today I also have a weird achiness, discomfort going on in my back along the spine and my abdomen is irritated today, seems off. umcomfortable feeling. Last time I went to the restroom I had little urine and it was a dark orange near brown color.
