What Causes Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

Good Day! I am a homosexual. After a long travel (1000 km by car) back to my home city, I met my HIV + boyfriend for foreplay only, since we did not have condoms. However, we both rimmed each other and gave some love bites to each other that left some bruises. The next morning when I woke up, I had my stomach lose (diarrhea) with a slight occasional pain as well as weakness. Though, I had pain in my stomach while traveling (and before the encounter), I was just curious if this diarrhea had something to do with foreplay/love bites. Appreciate your guidance in this regard.
