What Causes Abdominal Pain And Fatigue?

i have not felt good for a while, I have had low potassium in the past. This morning I woke up with severe lower back pain, abdominal pain, weakness, chest cramps, and fatigue, what could this be a condition of? I have no medical insurance and if possible cannot go to the doctor.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, with the very little information given here I could say that it could be the case of fibromyalgia, it is the functional kind of disease and not related with the low potassium, you have not mentioned the value of potassium, not said anything about age and gender, for symptomatic relief you can have Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed with Chlordiazepoxide tablet three times in day, stay away from the stress, drink more water, have enough of sleep hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
