What Causes Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination Despite Using A Catheter For UTI?

I have a UTI and am on Keflex. I have a subrapubic catheter. When I go the bathroom or ride my exercise bide I have pain right above my genitals 10 on a scale of 10. And I frequently feel like I have to go the bathroom and do urinate despite that I have catheter. I m taking pain meds already and they don t help.
