General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my case evaluation, irregular bowel movements co-relate with intestine issues as motility disorder, flora upset, infection or other issues.

* The lump in groin might be an inguinal hernia, lymph node or else.

* Must consult your consultant surgeon for further diagnosis and management guidelines.

* Primary care with plenty of liquids, high fibre diet and dietary measures to avoid excess fat help great.

Do continue to use our services.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
