What Causes Abdominal Pain And Nausea During Bowel Movement?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...im having trouble when i go for a poo, i get stomach pains, go dizzy, get very hot, and vomit on the floor, this happens about once every couple of months, it happened yesterday and i passed out. please help?

Hello,
It is the symptoms suggestive of some infection and it can be a chronic intestinal infection.
The condition can be managed with Metronidazole twice in a day for seven days.
The condition may be associated with acid peptic disease, and for that, you can try Omeprazole once in a day along with Domperidone.
