What Causes Abdominal Pain And Sticky Substance In Stools?

I have been sick for 1 1/2 yrs and still don't know what it is, wieght loss of 70lbs and attacks of upper adbominal pain and upper back pain, I say it feels like there is something in there. I just had the worst attack this last weekend. Today I had my first bowl movement and there was this white, thick, sticky substance in my stool and on the toilet paper after I wiped. It has a bad smell. What is it?
